The terms that apply when you use this website.
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website. The site is provided by Hitchpost LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About this site
This website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. It describes services Hitchpost LLC offers, but nothing on it constitutes professional, technical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
Contacting us
Submitting the contact form or booking a call does not by itself create any obligation on our part to provide services. We may decline or be unable to respond to any inquiry. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
- submit spam, malware, or false or misleading information;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the site except as permitted by our
robots.txt.
Intellectual property
The content, design, branding, and materials on this site are owned by Hitchpost LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the pages for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, modify, or use them commercially without permission. (Where portions of the underlying source code are made available under an open-source license, that license governs the code only, not the site’s branding or content.)
Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party services (for example, our scheduling provider, Cal.com, and our payment processor, Stripe). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third-party sites, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
Payments made through this site
The only thing you can buy directly from this site is a paid consultation. Everything else is quoted and invoiced under a separate signed agreement, and these terms do not govern it.
- Payment is handled by Stripe on their own hosted page. We never receive or store your card or bank details.
- Prices are shown before you pay, in US dollars. Any sales tax that applies is calculated at checkout and shown separately.
-
What you get: a session of the length described on the page where you bought it, plus a written summary. We contact you to schedule after payment.
- If we cannot deliver the session, we refund it in full.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hitchpost LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site.
Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located there.
